Ogimet GFS Mapping

NZ Weather is pleased to announce that Ogimet is now providing its GFS mapping for New Zealand. Following a request to Ogimet's owner and developer Guillermo Ballester Valor earlier this week, the maps are now live.

Four different versions of maps are availabale.

S. Sea level pressure, cloud amount and precipitation in 6 hours
8. Geopotential and temperature at 850 Hp surface
5. Geopotential and temperature at 500 Hp surface
C. A composition with S 8 and 5 maps

In the process of moving relevant posts around from old fourm areas, I thought this one would be worth a reminder. The charts for New Zealand were created at the request of NZ Weather, so it would be good to use them.
