| Weather reports for May 26th, 2008 8am, New Plymouth: sunny, mostly clear, except for the north, just above the horizon, and cloud banking up on the south side of the mountain. Currently ten degrees, moderate SEly. Sunshine hours for MTD: approx 142 hrs, YTD: 1076 hrs. Rainfall: MTD: 67mm, YTD: 422mm. Rainfall below average in both cases, sunshine above average in both cases.   |

| Re: Weather reports for May 26th, 2008 You may not end up far short of the NP May record (from memory, 194 in 1943, will check later).  Finally some signs this am of brighter periods here. Edit; wrong! was muddled up with August 1943 (194). May 1943 had 188 but the record is 203 in 1944. Last edited by RWood; 26-May-2008 at 09:23. |
