lol, its expected to feel a little humid tomorrow, which isn't too good. Being on such a small island, when there is hot weather over Europe we (the UK) tend to be a lot more 'humid' than continental Europe as we are surrounded by sea and moisture. I guess that's why it can be the same temperature here and in France, but it feels a lot more uncomfortable here because of the increased humidity

Kent, United Kingdom @ 21:43 local time (GMT+1)

Outside temp: 17.0C
Humidity: 60%
Pressure: 1013 mb, rising
Comfort level: Uncomfortable
Observations: Very dark blue/purpley/black sky, sun has set, yellow thin crescent moon visible to the west (unlike the white moon last night), patchy high cloud building to the west - i presume this is ahead of a cold front moving into the SW of the UK?
Station Forecast: rain

Re: Weather reports for May 8th, 2008

Hazy sunshine to start the day, cloud tended to turn the sunshine milky mid-morning, but by lunchtime the cloud cleared and glorious sunshine made it feel very warm. Turned increasingly humid during the day, with high cloud developing, saw some convective cloud developing but that cleared as the sun turned completely milky. Headache came on very late afternoon and at the same time a violent thunderstorm exploded NW of London. Lasted about 2.5-3 hours, is now dying away. Still very warm and muggy out there at the moment.
