| New Plymouth: 5pm: it has been a lovely day around 17 or 18 degrees, Sun shining. I was at the beach-Wai-iti- some 30 km north of the city. There wasn't a breath of wind. Some thick cloud to the south and the mountain remained obscured until later in the day. |

| Re: Weather reports for May 11th, 2008 Cool southerly wind, some sunshine and a couple of showers, not a great day. |

| Re: Weather reports for May 11th, 2008 Currently 11.3C here in the UK, at 22:50pm, after what has been another spectacular day. Temperatures rose very quickly indeed under intense sunshine and clear blue skies, reaching 27.1C around 1pm. However during the afternoon, a cool breeze developed which took the temperature down a degree or two, but was pleasant enough. Burn quite quickly in the sun at the moment. It stayed completely clear all evening with a fantastic clear sunset - no high cloud whatsoever. This may explain the "less humid" feel today compared to the last couple of days, although i still managed to get a headache
