 Weather reports for May 17th, 2008 New Plymouth, 8am: Sunny, hint of SEly, a little cloud over the sea, to the north. Around 8 degrees, should top out at about 17 or so. Now my gripe: the metservice site shows us as having fog and mist today. As usual, I am scratching my head. Yesterday was foggy in Auckland- and got media attention as planes were grounded and no one could flee our largest city. So all of a sudden, we in the provinces have to have fog as well! I know, I am a little paranoid!   |

| Re: Weather reports for May 17th, 2008 Lovely sunny day yesterday, today just the same. Noticeable amount of smoke and haze in a few spots early in the morning. |
