New Plymouth, 7am: cloudy, recent drizzle, 12 degrees, very light NWly.

BTW the New Plymouth radar didn't seem to be working earlier. Shame, with rain around. Friday the 13th bug? LOL

Dull dreary damp and foggy,

my webcams are viewing about 600m as it lifts. Overnight low of about 8.5 - can't tell as it shows the minimum was 7.2 at 09:00 yesterday morning. Humidity has been 96% DP depression only 0.6ºC. Fairly calm too. I don't think the day will improve much either.

Not any better in Wellington;

Blustery northerlies, low cloud down to ground level on the western hills, passing showers - but still mild temps.

Friday the 13th

Spooky...

Here in the UK it started off with some lovely hazy sunshine (very high haze). It felt quite chilly to start with temps around 7C, climbed to 19C by 11am. Cloud developed during the day, with some nice cauliflower tops late afternoon but where I was we stayed shower free. Some good sunny spells in between the large amounts of cloud and felt chilly in the wind in the shade but very warm in the sun. A lovely day all-in-all

Well that's the 13th done with! It was very mild- barely noticeably northerly- mostly cloudy, 17 degrees.
