| Re: Weather Reports, July 2nd 2008 Looked like there would be frost overnight in Carterton, the wind came in from the North so it wasn't as cold as anticipated. Warmer but wetter!! |

| Re: Weather Reports, July 2nd 2008 Was in Hamilton today...saw some big thunderstorms but nothing compared to what the west coast had today. 9500 strikes today...and probably more tomorrow. Love this stuff! |

| Re: Weather Reports, July 2nd 2008 a good thunderstorm here this afternoon...Waiuku copped the worst of it gusty NW wind too, gusting to over 65 knots at the manukau heads (again) The coast hills here are just as windy as wellington alot of the time...we just get the gale winds as often as wellington does
