Cats have wisdom: they know when it is best to be inside, preferably somewhere warm.
Still changeable- heavy burst of rain, gusty NWly, temperature falls and then all is bright again.

Showers coming over frequently now, 4mm in the last hour and still moderate winds, 9.9ºC. 35km/hr ave current speed... gusting to 52km/hr.

27mm rain on the hills here in L Hutt, in the 24hours to 9am this morning. Things are starting to get a bit sodden...
