 The Earth and Moon from far away Do take a look at the image of our planet and the Moon together as from the distance of the Sun from us. A beautiful sight.  I placed the picture in the Astronomy Gallery. At home I downloaded a gigantic TIFF file but it doesn't seem much of an advance on the 40KB one here!  |

| Re: The Earth and Moon from far away Beautiful! I came in late on an interview with an astronomer on Nat. radio last night. Touched on some effect relating to relativity discrepancies. No doubt I can catch up in some future issue of New Scientist or the like. |
