Minimum Temperature: -81 degrees C
Pressure: 8.3 millibars
Wind: 21 km/hr from South

Yes it is, though the difference would seem so tiny on Earth!
I am looking forward to the results of the Phoenix Lander's oven experiment- it is currently "baking" a soil sample.
