Davis 6152c and Weather Display

Please could some one who has a Davis give me the settings to connect with Weather Display. I t works fine with weather link but won't work with WD it must be the way I have set it up It is connected to the P C by a USB

It's nice to hear you have an upmarket weather station coming on line! Well done for taking the plunge... I wonder if Windy will be on early tomorrow? He should be able to help...

make sure weather link is not runnning at the same time
but also if its a usb data logger, then weather link might have set it to usbexpress mode
which you will have to unset

Thanks Tried that but would not install said there was aCP20 dll file missing
Installed the update 5.8.1 which said that it fixed that problem but still the same result
Would I still have to download a program from the davis web site to set it back to normal serial mode ?

With updating Weatherlink I have these options
Convert USB to Virtual Serial is that what we need?

After much playing around I found that the comm port was #4 and away it went just hope it it keeps going

Glad you got it sorted. I'm not much help with WD or Davis atm, but hopefully that will all change soon.
