| Its always interesting to know what sort of kit is being used to gather weather data. If you have a personal weather station, please let us know what you have. |

| Re: What Weather station La Crosse WS2308-CH (bronze body with cherry wood bevel inlays) to match the piano... ![]() Have split up the components, and the anemometer is on a mast above the roof, new CAT5E SPT is going to be run this weekend, weather permitting, to eliminate the high gust spikes, the hygro field hub has 24hr forced ventilation inside an insulated upturned narrow bucket with 80mm pulmbing piping out the top and a PC power supply 12V fan running at 7.5volts contrinuously pulls air over the device giving great temp curves and no shoulders or sun strike spikes in temp. I also upgraded the reed switch in the rain bucket and made it spider proof (I think). Its all going really well, just use the NiMH batteries and no power supply - it caused more wind spikes. Photos in a link on my website. Graeme |

| Re: What Weather station I'm not advocating swearing in anyway shape or form.. Just didn't appreciate that that word counted as a swear word. The followup was to see if it was bright enough to see also block the same word in a different format. ie how sensitive/accurate was the algorhym. Ether |

When I lived in the King Country, I used to wonder if the water in the outside toilet bowl would turn to ice, with subsequent difficulties! LOL |
