on your website it says "Maximum 1 minute average".

You know I am running Cumulus and WD together, both are set to 10 minute average. The current average wind speed reads roughly the same on both, but the "Highest Average" for the day is very different. Doesn't matter if WD is set to use 10 minute average. It still reports the highest daily average as 1 minute...

Oops - I went Edit on your post instead of Reply - sorry

Thanks for that - I haven't been getting it from the Html table but from the stats developed in tabular data - probably the same though. I will ask Brian about that, and whether there is a difference from the graph and the tabled numbers. I suspect you are correct. I have checked for 10min average in a setup page for wind.

Cheers David... ;)

Thank you both for your efforts in resolving this apparent discrepancy, look forward to finding out what Brian thinks.

OK - reply from Brian indicates that the 10min average selection check box only applies to the centre graph line. The data recorded as Max high ave windspeed is the one minute data as recorded in the tag for the html table and other tabular reports. I believe there is a custom tag for the day's high 10min average windspeed though. I will report back on that as well ;)
