This is the River Tame in the UK, during a frosty morning walk. The area is a regular frost hollow and after a night at -6C it was like a wonderland.

You can just see the houses to the left of the image in the background, although there are some closer ones to the right. I am standing on the bridge (seen in the other pics) on the main road so its really in the town itself.
